We have, at last, finished recording, mixing and mastering our second album and are currently exploring options for release. In the meantime, we wanted to say thanks for your continued patience as we obsessed, grew tired, paid some bills, and obsessed again. We feel the album’s worth the wait. We’ve got it on repeat. The Republic has fallen. Coca-cola awaits. We’ll soon be playing out more, if our skin can take the sun, and we’d love to shake your hand. In the meantime, we’re taking shelter on facebook, because it’s comforting to be surrounded by so many moms.

we’ve put legs on six songs in the studio and will soon give them wings. limbo finds us between operations on old songs and labors over new ones. joining our efforts is the very talented jeremy ylvisaker (andrew bird, dosh). he’s an absolute chemist on the guitar and quite bright in the idea-getting area - a welcome boon to the project. all signs point to a better album than the last. thank you for your patience.
